$48.00 - $199.00 US double occupancy, per night, plus tax and tip
Deposit and Cancellation Policy: To make a reservation, a credit card number is required to guarantee your room. A deposit will be charged for 50% of your stay, min. for one night. If no credit card is available, deposits can be made with personal check, cash or money order. Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of deposit. Reservations not secured by a deposit within 7 days of booking will be released. Minimum stays may be required during certain holiday periods.
All rates are per room/do and subject to change without notice. Children under 10 stay free with adult(s) in the room. Extra persons are $10 each per night. Max. 4 people per room.
We must be notified of cancellations and changes at least (3) three days {(7) days for weekends, (14) fourteen days for most holidays and (21) twenty one days for the Christmas/New Years holiday period prior to your arrival date in order to avoid any charges. If you cancel or change your reservation, for any reason, in less than indicated above prior to your arrival date, your 50% deposit (minimum 1 night) will be forfeited. Canceling any part of your reservation on the same day as your arrival, and "NO-SHOWS" will be charged the full amount of the entire reserved stay. Early departures will be charged the full amount of the entire reserved stay.
Payment Policy: Your own credit card must be presented for authorization at check in. If you do not have a credit card of your own at check in, advance payment and a $100.00 cash security deposit and photo ID will be required. Any incidental charges incurred during the course of your stay will be added to your balance daily. At check out you may pay with cash, travelers check, Mastercard, Visa, Amex or Discover.
Restrictions: You must be at least twenty one (21) years of age to reserve a room and also to register for your room at check in. 2 night minimum stay required for most weekends, holidays have 2 or 3 night minimum stays required. Please call for full information on our pet policy, no pets permitted in non-smoking rooms. |
